Mel Randle is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC) and clinical learning strategist with over 18 years of progressive experience in critical care and hospital administration. She brings a decade of clinical education & professional development leadership, including 5 years as the Critical Care Clinical Nurse Educator & Hospital Critical Care Specialist for Policy & Protocol development at the University of Chicago Medicine including during the 2019 Work Force Disruption - Nursing Strike. Meltem has led enterprise-level professional development programs across Chicagoland. Her expertise includes clinical competency design, workforce development, advanced practice education, and organizational learning initiatives.
