Cancellation Policy
By booking a Professional Development Appointment with NovaMind LLC, you agree to the following terms: Refund Eligibility for Cancellations: - Full Refund: A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. - Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled appointment. Non-Refundable Payments: - All payments for Professional Development Appointments are non-refundable if the client fails to attend the scheduled appointment on the specified date and time. Self-Cancellation Option: - Clients may self-cancel appointments through our online booking site up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting. - For cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment, self-cancellation will not be available through the system, and clients must email mrandle@luc.edu to request cancellation. Cancellation Process: - All cancellations within 72 hours must be submitted via email to mrandle@luc.edu. The time of cancellation will be determined based on the timestamp of the received email. Rebooking Policy: All cancelled appointments can be rebooked through our online booking services. By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
