Mel Randle, AGACNP-BC

Mel Randle is a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AG-ACNP-BC) with over two decades of high-acuity nursing experience. She trained at Northwestern Medicine Chicago and spent years delivering complex care in the Level I Trauma, Surgical, and Burn ICUs at University of Chicago Medicine—one of the nation's leading academic medical centers. Her surgical experience, combined with clinical leadership as an ICU educator, allows her to provide recovery support at a level unmatched by traditional nursing services.
Mel founded NovaLuxe RN to bring that same precision, discretion, and dignity to post-operative clients recovering in private homes or upscale accommodations. Under her leadership, NovaLuxe RN sets a new standard for concierge, nurse-directed healing.
